Loan payment by mail

Has anyone had problems making payments by snail mail to MS on their loans?

We sent our 1st payment 4 weeks ago and no posting on MS web and no debt from our checking account web either.

I bet from now on I'll do my Disney Visa !!!!

I have not had any problems with the mail.........have you been using the address labels sent to you??

Yes we used the label provided. Like I said our 1st payment so I am nervous

Just call Member Accounting and ask. The Post Office does, occasionally, misplace some mail.

I called them after seeing no posting and they said they had no record and nothing was waiting.

So it may be that I'll stop payment and do Disney Visa on this one and maybe all the rest as well.

Well I made my payment by Disney Visa yesterday and all is well today.

We will try 1 more time but will write the address instead of the labels.
