I had nothing cold to drink in the fridge so my little mind got to working and I came up with a lo carb, sugar free tasty "Cherry Creamsicle Drink".
2 SF Popsicle Cherry (mine only have 3 carbs)
5 tbsp. Heavy Cream
Splash of Diet Rite Raspberry Soda
Hand Mixer (I used the whipping attachment)
Let pops sit out a few minutes to soften
Break up and place in cup
Add Cream
Whip
Add some Diet Rite Raspberry Soda, about 1 parts soda to 2 parts mix.. Example if glass is 2/3 full, fill it... if its 2/6 full put 1/6 soda ... etc.
Whip Again
I drank mine with a straw
Frothy, tasty and chilly...yummy!
This has 6 carbs, no sugar ... you could change pop flavor or soda flavor to make your own flavors...or find pops with less carbs.
