Has anyone done a cruise while on a lo carb diet? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Since they do most anything for you I'm sure they can accommodate that. Just let your server know. If you're sticking to protein Castaway Cay is great...not that I was counting calories but I had a no-carb lunch on the island...grilled salmon, chicken, and a hamburger...I always look forward to that food--it's so good!

I'm on low carb too --- and feeling terrific! Check out the low carb thread on the WISH board (part of the DIS Boards)

Order sauce on the sides for meats -- then you can decide if you wish to have some of the sauce. In addition to the regular meat selections there is always steak and grilled chicken available upon request. You can always order a plain salad with REAL RANCH dressing as your appetizer. Or bring along your favorite dressing from home. Ask for any veggie sauces on the side also. Request fresh berries for dessert. If you are disciplined enough you should not have any problem finding a variety of foods to choose from.
:D

From the descriptions I've heard, this sounds like an ideal spot for lo carb dining.
