Hello,

This will be the first time staying for a week on disney property for DH and i this oct. so i thought i would plan a few Priority Seatings. We have never had dinner at Magic Kingdom. I was thinking about doing either LLT or CP. Any opinions on these would be great. Also, the plan was to do animal kingdom in the am on sat morning, and then head over to the MK around 5:00 for dinner, spectro and wishes. what time do you think i should book our dinner? i want to be able to get a decent seat to view spectro and wishes. I haven't been able to see Spectro for years and i think in oct it is only shown on saturdays, so i don't want to miss it!!

thanks for any helpful info!!

We loved dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. LOVED IT!!. We have only had breakfast at Crystal Palace so not sure how dinner is. But, we love to eat breakfast there.

We have done both and LOVE LTT the most. I would make a PS for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before specto time. ENJOY.

Haven't tried LTT, but we LOVE CP! We went both times we were at the MK in April, and in Dec. '03! Great interaction, beautiful restaurant, and mostly...great buffet!

I haven't planned our ps's for our Dec. '04 trip yet, but I do know we will be dining at the CP! ::yes::

CP is one of our favorite Disney restaurants. We've had the breakfast and the lunch. Plan to try the dinner on our next visit. Great food!!

Ive had dinner at both LLT and CP. My current favorite is CP--awsome buffet, great desserts, and good character interaction. The Pooh characters are perhaps less important to me than some, but whenever I wear a tigger shirt it causes a lot of commotion. I chose CP for my extravagant birthday breakfast, and had great fun entertaining the restaurant with the birthday dance (I was turning 50-something!! Also got a shy 4 year old to dance too).

We've done both, and would say the Crystal Palace would be our choice for you. The family style way was cut and dry as far as choices. The buffett at cp is one of the best, it please our family of four. We prefer the dinner over lunch though, more hot choices. I would try for a 6:00 pm dinner. That way you don't have to rush to the park after ak. It seems to always take longer than you think for travel and getting in and out of parks.
