Looking at LL sell out times on Thrill Data. Thrill Data says Matterhorn sold out at 7:43 AM on Friday, December 5. Also showing BTMRR, and Tiana's sold out before 8 AM on Thursday. They're even showing some sold out before 7:30 -- Incredicoaster at 7:03 AM, Indy at 7:08 AM, and TSMM at 7:13AM. Is this even possible? I know it's a busy week, but if you were there, are these times accurate, or am I looking at something incorrectly?

I've never looked at Thrill Data, so I don't know how they track things/what it looks like, but I was in the parks Wed, Thurs and Fri, Dec 3-5. None of those were sold out at those times on those days.

Friday was rough, though. We got Indy LL at 8:00am. It went down before our return time of 11:40am and was down most of the day. We noticed after 11pm that it was back open with a 75 minute wait.

At 10am we decided we should place a mobile order for our Jolly Holiday dinner. All order windows for the entire day were gone by then. We were eating breakfast at the time and I just kept checking for windows to open while I ate. We ended up being able to order our Turkey Pot Pie Soup and S'mores Cheesecake with a window of 11:25-11:40pm. I checked occasionally throughout the day for an earlier window and ended up with a 10:25-10:40pm pick up time.

I feel like I do pretty well with not being on my phone too much, as far as managing my Disneyland days go. That was not the case on Friday Dec 5th. I told my sister several times, "I have never spent so much time on my phone managing things." Looking for cancelled food reservations and LLs.

They need to figure out a better way to manage Jolly Holiday during the holidays. Not only were mobile orders gone in a flash, but the standby line has consistently been long and slow. Maybe they can start selling the gingerbread cookies in a separate location that doesn't impact the restaurant.

I’ve been following the wait times and LL return times for a month or so and even on the busiest days this hasn’t been the case. Indy does go early but I haven’t seen one sell out prior to 1 or two o’clock.
Jolly Holiday should be ordered early if it’s a priority, this one is more squishy.

The CMs at Jolly Holiday said all mobile order slots were gone before 7:30am this morning.

I was refreshing and saw 9:45-10, so I grabbed it. Couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t letting me click “I’m here” at 9:50, so I went and asked. Turns out I’d booked 9:45-10:00 PM, not AM!

They were completely empty and just standing around the mobile order counter, so they fulfilled it for me anyway, which was very kind of them. I felt so silly! 😂
