Don't know if they still do this, but when were to Epcot in Jan. '04, we stumbled upon a training session for the dolphins. It was great!
Really gave some great insight into working with those animals.
I believe it was around 10:30 am.
If you don't see a time posted, ask a CM if there is still a dolphin traning session that you can watch.
