Living Seas and Turtle Talk with Crush

Hi all. Haven't yet seen the Turtle Talk with Crush at Livng Seas. How is this? It is interactive? Also, I had heard that they were changing the interior of the pavilion. Is this done, or is it closed for rehab? We will be in WDW from 8/20-25. Any tips or info would be appreciated!

Hi,

Turtle Talk is cute, my family likes it and spent the next hour discussing how it was done.

You are seated in a small theater style room, all the small kids sit on the floor up front, facing a huge "Aquarium Window" Then Crush swims out and chats with the kids and a few adults. The effect is very cool. The kids LOVE it. The wait lines are LOOONG. Living Seas is being renovated, but it is not affecting TTWC.

I've seen it twice, once is enough for adults, but the kids will want to keep going back.

Turtle Talk is a lovely, interactive meeting with Crush, who talks directly to the children (it's geared toward pre-schoolers/elementary age, but adults will still enjoy the technical wonder of it all), answering their questions, asking them questions, etc. It's an amazing attraction and as such, is drawing massive, slow (SLOW!!!!) queues.

Living Seas has been undergoing an extensive rehab, with the impending addition of a ride sequence (similar to the TTA in MK) with additional 'special effects'. Things have been held up a bit, so that particular portion of th pavilion is not working yet.

it is very cute. Although my ds5 insists we didn't DO that attractions since they let a few kids ask Crush a question and he didn't get to ask his.... he was disappointed. He wanted to ask him how old he was

Thanks for the info on Crush. I am guessing that the ride portion will not yet be finished when we are there in Agust. Are the pavilion exhibits open? My sons LOVE aquariums! Thanks again!

Maybe i'm nuts but I LOVED TTWC. I cannot wait to go back to Epcot just to see it. I thought it was amazing and extremely funny. You will definitely enjoy it!

the exhibits are open,we still spent an hour or so walking around watching the fish!

Thanks so much! My seven year old would be upset if he could not watch the fish. And from all your reviews both boys will love Crush!
