Quick trip report! Here in BWV now! Trip started on Monday, we checked into AKV for two nights. Two bedroom savannah room and it was gorgeous! On the far end (away from Sanaa) of Sunset Savannah. Loved the room and had the giraffe and zebra and other animals just outside the window, but no where near as much as they were when we were just over Sanaa back in November. Then again, it was freezing here on Tuesday and very very cold on Wednesday. But, it really was just everything we hoped it would be.

Moved out of AKV Wednesday a.m., did MK all day long (it was great!), and then checked into BW. Standard 2 bedroom, near lobby, just as I requested, even though I knew that meant driveway/entrance view. Room is extremely clean and fresh, one thing that could use a wash is the sheers under the drapes, surprises me that management or housekeeping don't see it. I will mention it before we leave.
We are in room 30753073, not yet refurbished, no flat screens, etc. Anyone know when the rooms here will all be done? I'm coming back in June with guests and hope they'll be done by then.

WE LOVE IT HERE!!! WOO HOO!!!

We did AK Park on Tuesday, MK on Wednesday, DHS on Thursday, today is EPCOT, tomorrow we go home :(

DHS was crowded, but we rode everything except Toy Story Mania. With repeated trips each year we don't wait more than 20-25 minutes for rides and that was 100 minutes! Of course, we did One Man's Dream, which to me is a must with each trip to that park. It doesn't make sense to me not to pay tribute to the man and the mouse :) !!

MK wasn't as crowded as I expected, we did everything except Splash, (to cold to get wet!). So far, we've eaten at Boma for breakfast, Mara the night we arrived, cause we got here so late. ESPN on BW, Big River Grille on BW, Sci Fi Dine in Theater for burgers and shakes (which were yummy), cooked a couple of breakfasts in our room, have reservations for Kouzzina for breakfasts tomorrow morning, and dinner tonight, hopefully in Tepan Edo if we can walk in (I always do adr's, this time I'm winging it), and if not, ESPN or Big River or Kouzzina. Can't believe how empty boardwalks been, but the nightly entertainment is still fun to watch, and the bakery and sweet shoppe still fun to buy sweets! We really do love it here! This trip we brought two of our kids friends, so we have four 20 year old kids with us, therefore, we made a point of doing the parks, sometimes I do non park trips. This has been great so far, and we aren't leaving til 1:30 tomorrow, so the fun continues.......

Enjoyed reading your report and glad you had a great time at the parks :thumbsup2 Enjoy the rest of your stay :)

Thanks! 156 days and we'll be doing the happy dance for a week!

They are supposed to be done in Feb. I thought they were done with the 3rd floor but I guess not.

We were in 3085 last week and it also was not refurbished. We were hoping to get lucky, but that is okay. They should be done in February, so we'll enjoy a new one in June when we return with guests. (Strange how you are there in January and returning with guests in June too! :rolleyes1)

We checked out of 3007 on Wednesday 1/13. It was a beautiful refurbished boardwalk view studio in the Crest O' the Wave. We had a fantastic time, and we hope your trip was just as great.

For those of you who have been recently...did your room have a iPod dock/clock? Hoping ours does in November!

Our room had the iHome in it. DH got it working with the iPhone but could not work it with our iPod nano.
