I love trip reports with photos.

Can't wait to see yours.

We had a flight out of Minneapolis last night at 6:55pm, and it was about 25 minutes leaving. We were scheduled to arrive at 11:03, but didn't quite make that either. By the time we got our bags and onto ME we didn't check in until almost 1am! :scared1:

Here are a few pics of our room from last night. We have a studio on the 5th floor overlooking Luna Pool. It really is a nice view!

We are in and settled. Here is the view from our room last night...

We have seemed to spend too much time today watching the weather in our room. We are from Iowa and TORNADOS and Tornado Warnings are all over the place...

With the late arrival last night (actually this morning), we slept in a little bit. We got up around 815 and decided to take a walk around Crescent Lake. It was so peaceful and weather was perfect this morning for a walk.

We have made almost no plans for this trip. We are just going with the flow! I asked my wife this morning where she wanted to go today and she told me that in December she didn't get to spend much time at DHS. So, we boarded the boat and hit DHS. We arrived there about 10am, and went right to TSM for a fast pass. They were for 5:40 pm already. We walked over to TOT and RNR for a couple of rides after that.

We asked for the first car on RNR and got our request. Most of the time, we do the single rider line, but stand by was only 20 min, so we decided to ride together. IT WAS A BLAST IN THE FRONT!!! By far the best ride of the day!

It started to heat up today, not sure exactly how hot it got, but I would guess about 90. So after those two rides, we decided to take a break from the parks and come back to the room.

A few photos from the boat ride...

It's hard not to have a magical day here...

We spent a few hours down at the pool. Between swimming and laying there it was WONDERFUL to just relax! I think we might have been in the sun a bit too long.

After swimming and getting ready in the room, we decided to walk over to Epcot. (We didn't even use our TSM fastpasses... :scared1:)

Walked in thru International Gateway and went to Soarin for a fastpass. It was for 7:45 (it was now 4:45) so we had a 3 hour wait. Walked over to "The Seas with Nemo and Friends" there was no wait and it was out of the heat. After that we rode Spaceship Earth, then over to Test Track. We enjoyed them all. It was now about 6:30 (DW spent way to much time in the shops :rotfl2:). I told her lets go see what the wait time is for Soarin in standby...it was 50 minutes. So we decided to ride "Living with the Land" there was NO wait there either.

At 6:45 we decided to go in the standby wait for Soarin. It seemed like a sssslllloooowwww moving line, but eventually got thru and were in Row 1! When we got off the first time it was 7:45 so we got right back on the FP side and rode again. This time in Row #3. That ride just seems about 100 times better in Row #1. So between 7:30 and 8:15 we rode twice!

Ahhhhh...do I ever miss the blue skies at Disney (even though we set a record high today in C-bus - 84 degrees)! Hope you have a wonderful time, and look forward to reading your trip report. :goodvibes
