hi everyone!

Im sitting in my hotel room at paradise pier, after a day in the park....awesome crowd levels, we walked onto every ride! Even at 6 in the evening, only a 15 min wait for peter pans flight!!

Awesome! Wasn't the weather nice today, too? It has been hot lately and finally cooled down some. Do you a have view room? I LOVE the view rooms at PP.
Where did you eat? Did you enjoy it? Did you ride Toy Story Mania?

My mom and I both ate at tortilla jo's...it's becoming tradition to eat there now for us! It's the first place we stop at as soon as we get to town, we love the chix fajitas...they are soooo good!!!!

We decided this trip to do all restaurants that we have never eaten at (for the rest of the trip), we are here for another 4 days!!!
Tommorrow we are going to eat at carnation cafe for lunch, and probably jazz kitchen for dinner. Have you tried either one?

We do have a room view, it's awesome! Something is going on at CA adven...not sure what? Maybe a special event? I can still hear music and people there. We haven't done the toy story ride yet, thats tommorrow, I can't wait!!!!

I'm considering our trip for next year to be the first part of Sept. This is the second time I've heard of the crowds being very light. The weather would be perfect too.

You MUST eat the loaded baked potato soup at Carnation Plaza... puuhhlease, don't miss it, it is THAT good!!!

The Jazz Kitchen is the best. Usually there is a band in the evening, very nice.

I'm not sure which sandwhiches are good, all I ate was a bowl of their soup, and I think I only had the cup, actually, but it was still very yummy!! It was whatever size the $5 price range was, and I think there was a little bun loaf that arrived with it.

Ok, officially excited.

My DH and I leave Baltimore early tomorrow for our stay at the Grand Cali. It's my birthday gift --- had a very challenging summer with family responsibilies and an accident early in the summer.

I have so much to do today at work....but this now took me over the edge. I'm excited!

Wow, have fun, and enjoy those low crowds! We used to go at that time for my daughter's birthday. In fact, three years ago today, we had a view room at the PP (today is dd's birthday) and we ate at Carnation Cafe that day as I recall! I really envy you, enjoy the rest of your trip!
