We checked in today and were lucky enough to get a new room in FIGI: All I can say is wow. I am taking lots of pics and will post when I get back.

We're visiting family in December, and are staying there for one night!

I'd love a new room, but it doesn't matter. I just always want to stay there, and the days are ticking away to the shortest vacation ever!

Oh Fiji is GREAT! We've stayed there several times and we love it!

Sorry it took me so long to respond, but I was using my husband's pocket PC and it didn't want to cooperate.

We stayed in Figi room 1302 with a view of the Wedding Pavillion. The building was very quiet and beautiful. I had a new camera and I am disappointed in the pictures but I will post them anyway so you can get an idea of the new room.

I can't figure out how to post the pictures here so as soon as I can I will get them on.

On a side note I found it very funny that the Polynesian spared no expense remodeling the rooms but yet they left the old green bed lights over the beds. They didn't even paint them? Go figure!

My 16 year old son was particularly impressed with the rainbow over the Contemporary! laugh... I preferred the pictures of the Poly!
