Disney did an awesome job keeping us safe and happy. The captain talked to us frequently through out the day and at the nightly shows he came on stage and gave us updates. The only bad times we had at sea was SUNDAY when we were trying to get around the GULF OF MEXICO back up to Port Canaveral. By the time it was bed time,, the sea was calm again.
I had dining rotaion APL second seating. We had NADEGE, ARVIND and CYNTHIA as dining help. Darwin was our room hostes. In PALO's we had SHASHA... so eleqant... NATDRENCO. I did get to meet your GEMMA... and introduced myself. I was lucky to be there the same night her friends were dining there across from us.
I had a 15 and 11 yr old on board with us. My 15 yr old had a ball at the STACK.. many new frineds. My 11 yr old son,, didn't do the OCEANEAR Lab as much as he wanted to. It seemed that the "FUN" stuff was during our 2nd dining..
I met Bobby, Cindy, Mary Rose, Terry and Bob, Lyn and Bob, Melanie,Cathy, Mikes mom,Carol,and of course
GINNY. and many more... We met often had had impromt DIS parties on deck with the SMOOTHIE's.
When we got back to MCO. BTW it took us 4 hrs on the MEARS bus.... I had airfair from Orlando SANDFORD. I told DCL i needed transportation there since the only credit card I had was the old GOLD DISNEY one. They told me it would be 3-4 hrs for a shuttle van... They told me to wait a few minutes,, and within 15 min we were on our way via a CHAFFEURED TOWN CAR courtesy of DCL. They went out of their way to help me and my family.
Also, the ship to shore phone calls are covered under my travel insurance I bought through SCL.

Over all an EXCELLENT CRUISE. and disney does do it best.

My wife Cindy finally read all of your well wishes..

She was amazed and wants to say thankyou...

I am in the process of making our Trip report..May take a week..will keep everyone informed when it will be done..

No cars at the Port were damaged...

We were at the Radisson...From what we saw..No cars there were damaged..

Im lucky I fueled up before we parked...Just something my father used to tell us..There was NO gas anywhere..
