The hug was initiated by Mr. Gunn.

He said "tonight is cause for celebration".

I told him that it was indeed, as we had gotten married today.

He hugged me and then said, "let me hug your partner" and made his way to John.

Things broke down a bit here.

He congratulated John on taking such a big step and.......in usual John fashion, John went for the joke.

John replied, "that's okay......tomorrow we're going down to Canal Street and buy a baby."

Mr. Gunn stiffened a bit and said something about it being a "brave new world" and walked away.

I was just happy to have met and hugged Tim Gunn.

I'm choosing not to dwell on the fact that he may now believe that we are human traffickers.

Heather Hedley ion King and Aida) performed three Disney musical songs.

After that, Mariah Carey teetered out on 9 inch heels wearing a dress that seemed to be made of pink ace bandages.

Nick Cannon was outside with Minnie and and they smashed the champagne bottle.

After that, we had dinner in the Royal Court restaurant.

I understand Samantha Brown was on board.....but I didn't see her.

What a night.
