MJ: Just realized we have the same servers--agree that Nick is very present. Looking forward to the rest of our cruise, and to our stay at AKL. The cruise continues to be wonderful. The weather today is a little rainy, with the seas higher than expected.

I wouldn't have done the internet thing unless they had marked it down so, and given us the credit, but it has been fun posting.

Yes; off the ship at 8:59; home by 9:45. We were so very happy to return to Port Canaveral rather than further south!

We got back to NY about 6:00 pm (AA moved our flight up to 3:30 instead of 6:30 at the port when we got off the ship and checked in our bags).

Had lunch at the Boardwalk and then headed to the airport.

Sat next to a flight attendant who was flying and she heard us discussing the cruise and now she can't wait to book one!! She lives a few minutes from the port and was always curious about the ships!!!

Never had a flight go by so fast...we talked about DCL the whole way!!! She said she often goes to Grill's Rest. to watch the ships leave and always was curious about DCL.

Shirley.....so sorry.....I just read the whole thread and did not see your post while onboard.....I hope that family enjoyed their cruise. We found out about the delay enroute to Port Canaveral on Friday afternoon and was told by Radissson via phone that they were evacuating and all ressies were cancelled with no penalties...we diverted to WDW and rode out the storm there.

Okay, fess up -- who from the 9/27 Magic already has quotes for another cruise?

We got a quote yesterday from allseas, and are waiting on a quote from DU. I was pleasantly surprised, after all of the price discussions here, that it was not that much more for a 2006 cruise than it was for our deeply discounted FL resident rate on the 9/25 cruise.
