Please excuse as I type from my Blackberry in the lobby at 520pm waiting for my studio. Booked a standard view studio for 2 nights before checking into concierge. Figured it was a good time to try online checkin and since we were using ME and they knew we were arriving at 2pm I thought chances might increase for a room ready. We were the fourth and final stop for ME so we did not arrive at the lodge until 330pm. Room was not ready and since I had made no requests prior to arrival I decided I would ask if was a handicapped room,for those of you that have the map there is only one HA standard studio out of thirteen,guess what? We got it,no other rooms available so we wait and wait.now DH may say I am type a but now its almost five and I am a little tired so I scope out the room and the key works and its filthy and bo sign of. Mousekeeping so down to the lobby we go and Lindsey tries to find us another room but to no avail. They are cleaning the room now and we hope to be in by six She very nicely gave a 75 dollars credit to us but I would have rather had my room by four. More later!
