Live from BLT! 9/9 - 9/13

Hey everyone. It's (not so) bright and definitely VERY early. Writing this in order to catch our 7:30 AM flight to MCO. From there we will hop the Magic Express to the Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary by 11:00am! The party includes me, and my friend/neighbor (who might actually be a bigger Disney nut than I am).

We have a One Bedroom Lake View villa reserved for 4 glorious nights, 5 magical days! Our itinerary includes: Hoop Dee Doo, ToTW, MNSSHP, Ohana, and Citrico's!

I plan on posting TONS of pictures, including many of the room, pool, ToTW/Fireworks, MNSSHP and more! Stay Tuned!

Wow! Busy first day. Don't have much time to report now, but the pictures I took do say a lot

We have a 2nd floor Lake view one bedroom. The view is excellent.

We checked in around 10:00 and our room was ready right away. Got to the room and were blown away. The pictures don't do anything justice.

The lines at the MK yesterday were non-existent. We walked right on to everything. We did the MK in about 3-4 hours.

After MK, we got back, changed and hit the pool at BLT. The slide is awesome. The pool is awesome. I can't tell you how much I LOVE this resort.

After the pool, we changed, and got on the blue flag boat to head to Fort Wilderness for the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue. We got there really early, and the boat was very very nice. Relaxing, so we went around on the boat again. The driver was crazy in that friendly outgoing way

Dinner at Hoop Dee Doo was funny and very good. I didn't know it included alcohol in the price. :-D

After the show, we got the bus back and decided to head up to the TOTW. WOW. What a view, and the lounge was beautiful! It seemed busier tonight that most people said it was usually. We both had Blackberry Mojitos (Took a photo of those), and a LOT of photos from the lounge. I tried to take pictures of things that people haven't posted before.

Sounds like you are having an awesome time. Your photos are gorgeous. Are you in a 1BR? I'm surprised to see that the balcony is not also off the living room, just the MBR. I find that a bit strange. Are all of the BLT rooms like that?

Thanks for sharing, especially the pix! We check-in Sunday and are SO excited! Glad to hear your room was ready so early. We're hoping we can get in before 4 as DD will need her nap if anyone is going to have fun that night.

Would appreciate if you would keep posting about crowds or lack there of. We're hoping lines will be short next week too.

That's the way all of the BLT room are, just like in the models. In the 1 BR there is a door from the living room to the balcony off the bedroom and a door from the balcony into the BR.
