Good idea...I like that (at least from the picture) the LPS one had little compartments. I was not aware that they made storage containers with compartments.
We have that box from amazon and it only has compartments on the top/lid (maybe 5-6 slots), the inside of the box is completely open, just one big box. We keep ours in a big clear rubbermaid storage box (yes we have LOTS).
We use a cheap, plastic Tool Box from Wal-Mart. It's virtually identical to the LPS carrier. It has a green lid and frosted(?) white plastic around the bottom. Has a top tray as well. It's shaped just like the LPS one but was only $5.
LOL, DD9 has tons too. She has a storage unit w/the open bins & we just throw them all in there. She's getting the LPS Adoption Center that she asked for. They keep her busy, stay contained in her room & I figure it won't be long before she gives up most toys.
Another place for good storage boxes is a craft store. I've seen different sizes for sewing or other crafty storage.
Another vote for the Rubbermaid Storage container with a tight fitting lid! We have a clear, under the bed size which is perfect. The DD's can reach everything and all of those itty, bitty pieces stay contained. We have the pet carrier with the compartments and they never, ever use it...they just put them all in the big container every time.
