Does anyone know how this works again in the MK? Is it only for on site guests?

It's an "extra" magic hour three mornings a week at the Magic Kingdom, in Fantasyland. Any on-site guests can attend, but it's geared towards the 5 and under crowd. Characters are out playing games with the kids, etc. and a few of the Fantasyland rides are open.

I believe it starts sometime the end of August, and runs through maybe mid-to late October?? I know it's there for sure when we are during our Sept trip.
