I know some posts earlier this week were wondering if the age limit would be enforced (5 and under). I asked the manager here at BWV and he said no - this is Disney - we wouldn't make anyone feel left out of something like this due to being the older brother or sister and over age 5. This morning we were over at the Magic kingdom early for dining reservations and I can tell you there was no limit to the ages let in early. The only limit compared to the normal Extra Magic Hours Morning at MK was that only the FantasyLand attractions seemed to be open (plus some food spots).

One other item to note - there is a new brochure targeted to the wee set - it's entitled "Magic and Wonder for those 5 and under" and it is a comprehensive listing of what to see and do in the parks and beyond from August 13th to September 30th. Playskool is Disney's partner in this and the concert series (the Wiggles and many others) at MGM (in the old Superstar TV building) is highlighted in the brochure.

So, is it families with little children, or anybody that can go? I'm sorry if this has been covered before...

Anybody can go.

Not everyone will WANT to with just Fantasyland open, however.

The couple entering in front of us was in their 70's, not attached to any youngsters (grandkids, etc.) and just waltzed through and into the park at 8:10 am. While I didn't see them on any rides, they weren't in the restaurant with us checking in either.

I know there was a lengthy thread or ten on this earlier, but the search wasn't on earlier when I posted this and I couldn't find one to tack this note onto in the first 3 pages of messages.

The brochure on "Magic and wonder for kids 5 and under - Every little Detail" is really cool - it's four legal size pages folded in half and then in half again to yield 18 folded pages of information. I'll scan it when we're back home Friday and post it on my home page with a link.

Thanks so much!! I can't wait to see it. We are planning our first trip with our 18 month old, so I'm looking for all the information I can find!

Thanks for the info! We'll be there Sunday. 2 questions:

Was it crowded?
Do the buses start running at 7AM?

It wasn't crowded at all, but yesterday was a very uncrowded day at MK anyhow (less than 20 minute waits - more like 10 minutes on all but Space Mountain - even Dumbo, Pooh, Peter Pan were only 10 minutes or so just after lunch).

The buses were running at 7:30 when we headed out, but I'm sure they were running before that as our BWV bus was pretty empty and it's usually pretty full after the first stops at YC and BC.

Enjoy the visit and remember to pick up the new brochure in any of the brochure racks at the hotels.
