Little Mermaid Ride Damaged in Accident

I so wish I hadn't started to tear up when I was reading this ROFL. I was super looking forward to going on this ride for the first time HAHAHA

:flower3: Sorry Hydroguy. I wasn't trying to be critical. It was just funny that you picked that name.My apologies if I offended you.:worried:
Ooops, I was not offended at all! :) I was just trying to gauge whether you were serious. Were you?

OK, was fooled for about 12.5 seconds, but I can't be the only one that find these things more annoying than funny can I? The fact when you post things like this on the internet and people read them days or weeks later...and then tell all sorts of other people about it...it only perpetuates further that the internet is full of lies.

Sorry to be Mr. Pricklepants, but annoyed at my time being wasted by these types of things...though I guess give you points for writing something halfway possible as opposed to the ultra stupid "Disney World name change" one, which I didn't get past the headline without figuring it out.

Nooooo....I thought it was funny....and I was totally fooled. It was a great April fools joke!:worship:

Well, not sure if this is a reverse April Fool's, but I am not going to go search - just on principle. :) I have worked in the industry a couple decades and have never heard of such a company. I cannot bring myself to search for it. :cool2:

maybe not the same sort of pumps, but "portable high performance vacuum systems".... With a trident, too.

dagnabit, pixie got there before me.

:rotfl2:This is GREAT I believed it till I read other posts!!! I was getting upset that I woulnd't be able to try out the ride in July LOL the Ariel Singer didn't even help me fig it out. WOW I am slow

Just a few options when you do a google search for Triton Pumps. LOL

I liked it, very well written.....I liked the use of the names. :) And I'm glad the LM is up and running. :)

OK ladies, I went ahead and looked at the links. At least from these links there is no "Triton pump company". There is a Triton company which makes vacuum systems - but not pumps. And then there are product lines called Triton. But that is not the name of the company. Sort of like Ford Motor Company is the name of the company and F150 Trucks are a product line. Triton's are product lines which does not surprise me at all

So still no Triton Pump companies... :)

And I am enjoying this discussion in case anyone thinks I am being defensive - I am not. There are thousands of pump companies in the world and I do not come close to knowing all their names. So there could be a Triton company that I have not heard of. :cool2:

There is always a risk with April Fools. :) Like when Burger King advertised hamburgers for left-handed people and they started getting people ordering those at the drive-through windows! Maybe those same people posted in this thread! ;)

I didn't even notice the names when I read it. That's what you get for skimming posts. :rolleyes1

I'm a little late to the party, but you got me! :rotfl2:

As I read, I only picked up on the 'Sebastian' name, but the rest went right over my head! :rolleyes1

Thanks!

LOL first time I got the drop on ya Bumber. ;)

I didn't say they were companies named that, all I said was that those were hits I got when I did a search for Triton pumps. ;)

I did not see this thread until today. My brain tends to ignore names so I was completely buying it until it said the ride was built under water. I rode it last year and I was like, “I do not remember it going that far down.” Then I saw the date.

Well played, sir.
