Little help signing my papers.

I bought resale on the first contract so I only had to sing a couple pages. But WOW this is like when I closed on our house. Do I just sign all the mickey ears and Date the palm trees. I have 3 contracts to do. Any help would be great.

Also though I believe if you are financing through Disney , there is one piece of paper you have to have notarized. Other than that sign the mickeys date the tress and send it back .

Yes sign at the Mickey and date at the palms, a copy of your ID, a voided check if you are having the auto debit. The tricky part is the Notary, they can't be related to you or something like that, We just went to our local bank. Hope this helps, We recieved ours on Tues and have not signed yet we will do ours on Sat and send it out that day. One more thing you do need to sign that document in front of your notary as he needs to witness.

I believe it even states that the dates on all the palm trees needs to be the same. We dated everything once we had the mortgage paper notarized.
