Little Einsteins name fills?

Hello!
We are having a little einsteins themed birthday party next onto for both of our daughters. I have a name fill already for one of the girls from a past trip, but am hoping to get our other daughter, my husband and myself. Is anyone able to help us out with this? Would love to have names filled with the 4 characters and Rocket.
The names we need are Avery, Daddy and Mommy

Or...if anyone can refer me to a specific Disigner, I'd appreciate that just as much!
