Little Disney Pouch Figurines

I was wondering is anyone could tell me the name of the little tiny figurines that come in a pouch? They are sold at Disneyland and there are a couple 100 of them you are supposed to collect.

I think they were called Collector Packs. They had a sub-title, like Park Series #1 and so forth. I think there were five or so figures in each packet. They seemed really common a few years back, but last April in Disneyland, I think I only saw them at a handful of locations (Toontown, World of Disney, and somewhere in DCA).
