Little Dis meet-up August 18, 1:30 BWV poolside

My family will be meeting up with Napping Beauty's family on August 18 at 1:30 poolside at the Boardwalk. I think a few others might be joining, and we'd love to meet up with anyone else who will be down at the time.

I'd love to meet up with you but my plane doesn't arrive till after 3pm. Hope everyone has a great time! By the time we get to the mouse, it'll be about 5pm or so, and we have and ADR for 8pm at Kona Kafe.
I'm am glad that there are another Dis-Meets going on. There are so many of us DISSERS here that more than one meet is almost necessary to accomodate all of us and our schedules. Please take pics of everyone, and post back here after the trip

I will be at wdw then, but unfortunately I will be unable to attend at the location and time. Hope you all have a good time and enjoy the meet (and your vacations in general).

The main reason for my post however, is that I have 2 illuminations specialty cruises booked for the same date, Friday Aug 21 (when many of you will be there) and I need to cancel one of them. I'd prefer to see another fellow Dis/DVC'er benefit from this... So, I just wanted to see if any of you were interested in booking a specialty cruise for that date and coordinate with myself; me cancelling and you booking (specialty cruise for Illuminations on Fri Aug 21 departing out of the BC/YC marina) before I cancel it out right. This cannot simply be transferred so we would need to call simultenously to do this correctly so please keep that in mind. If you are interested in doing so, send me a PM or response here and we can make arrangements to do so.

How much is the rental of the cruise? How many can be on the boat?

The cost of the cruise is $319.50 tax included for up to 10 guests. Price includes pontoon boat, driver, water, soda and bagged snacks. It is customary to tip the boat captain. Guests may order Private Dining to be delivered to the cruise as well.

rutgers1 - we will be there from the 5th through 12th. DH will most definately be representing with the block R so you may spot us around BWV! We will be hard to miss since we will be a group of 18 celebrating 2 sweet sixteens and I anticipate the adults will be spending many an afternoon at Leaping Horse Libations .

We will already be there on the 16th. We are booked at OKW from the 9th till the 21st! It would have been nice to have a little get together! It certainly would have made the extra time waiting at the airport more enjoyable! Where are you coming from? Are you nearby?
