I know I am being stupid, but can you list with more than one company to sell your timeshare? I have gotten different answers.

That's probably because different brokers have different policies.

For example, Fidelity requires sellers to give them an exclusive for several months, so you couldn't list with them and with anyone else.

Others do allow you list with multiple brokers.

You might need to contact the major brokers and find out their policies.
