My husband was trying to "help" me out by washing his work clothes. He left a sharpie in a pocket. I have spent the last two days trying to get sharpie off of the clothes dryer. So far nothing has had much effect. I guess I will have to get used to my dryer looking like a black and white Pollock painting.

Rubbing Alcohol and elbow grease ! Gets permanent marker almost completely off hard surfaces and I've successfully got it out of fabric with dousing and scrubbing.

My boyfriend did this over the summer with a pen in our new dryer. I looked online for ideas and what worked the best was using a bleach/water mix and soaking some white towels in the solution and tossing them in the dryer. The towels took off most of the ink. I had tried nail polish remover and magic erasers first with no real luck.

I can't buy certain designer labels online because the fit/size is too far off the norm, gotta get to the store and try it on first

Tonight when I went to enjoy a piece of homemade pumpkin pie my FIL, the baker, made, I turned our can of whipped cream upside down and sprayed, but only a tiny little lump of whipped cream came out, followed by a weakening hiss and a little white stream of liquid. Bummer.

Our TIVO has two tuners so when we're recording two channels we can't watch the footbrawl game on another network. heavy sigh.

I am working in China and there was a thirty day shortage/absence of instant Starbucks via coffee. I had to have some shipped from the states. Now there is a shortage of fritoes. Can't find them anywhere.
