The only ones I've stayed at once are CSR, AKL, and WL. The rest we've stayed at anywhere from 2-6 times each.

AKL and WL were both nice, but too dark for our tastes and more money than we thought they were worth. I think you get much more bang for the bucks at the mods and the idea that I wasn't getting a good deal decreased my enjoyment of both of them.

I didn't like the atmosphere or the weird foot court set up at CSR. It was really pretty, but it didn't feel like Disney to me. We stayed at ASSp on our first couple of onsite stays. It's fine, but now that I've done the others I see no reason to go back. We stay at Pop when the budget demands that we cut back a bit, otherwise we pretty much stick with POR and POFQ these days.

Best to worst, but I have to say we have never had a bad experience. We've always had a great time! Heck, if I'm waking up somewhere in WDW, then it's awesome!!!

OKW - upgraded to a 1 bdrm from POP; most beautiful resort and AMAZING room (apartment is more like it!). We were there for only 4 nights and used our rental car for most of our trips, except to MK. I think bussing and driving would get annoying if I was there longer or with kiddos.

AKL - loved it in every way!!!!! What a cool deluxe experience!

POFQ X 2- has to be my fav because we got the larger mod rooms, still could make my fav outdoor trek to get coffee each morning, and the smallness of the resort made it feel cozy. We loved the food court, the busses were quick and the wait not long, and the grounds are gorgeous! Always going to hold a special place in my heart!

Contemporary - spent one night here with a friend who was visiting me on the CP. We crashed late after the park and I had to get up early for work so it wasn't much of a stay. I remember how ginormous the room was and how long the walk was from the bus to this garden wing room.

AS-Music X3, AS-Sports X3 - Music was my first WDW resort stay and also where we had our honeymoon. I was blown away as a teenager staying here and still love the themeing. A lot of walking to do from your room to the lobby and this can wear on me after a few days. I do love the mornng jaunt to get coffee and b-fast...nothing better than the promise of a fun day at WDW! We like the size of Sports better...seems like we've always had a closer room. Pools and food courts are great. Only had a bus problem on one stay.

POP - this Aug, can't wait!

I don't think it is fair to rank them across the different resorts since you have different amenities and DVC plays a big factor for us. However, we have stayed at:

Deluxe: AKL, GF, Poly, BCV, WL, VWL, BWI, BWV, CR, SSR, OKW - Love all of them but if I had to pick the least it would be VWL. Need to try Yacht Club.

Moderate: CBR, POFQ, CSR - POFQ is our favorite, CBR least because tropical theming is nothing special in S. Florida. NEED to try POR, as Boatswright is one of our most treasured TS "secrets" (dinner there twice last week).

Value: AS Music, AS Sports - Great for no frills weekend getaways. Each AS has been pretty much the same to us. Have not tried Pop.

Non Disney on property: SOG, Dolphin. I was very impressed with SOG. Our best friends are reservists and booked us as guests. The Dolphin is nice, but I would rather stay at the other EPCOT resorts if I had the choice. It is a very good value at times though. Not sure if the Swan is worth the extra premium, but eventually we will try it.

I ranked the campground above All Star because way back when we stayed there, we'd stay 10 days and pool hop to the POLY (campground had no pool when we were there) and we just spent forever out on the lake or at the Poly's pool or River Country. We were only at All Star Music one day so it's not really fair to compare the two. Now that River Country is gone, and no pool hopping, if I had to choose between the campgrounds and All Star, I'd probably have to go with All Stars. But I love love LOVE being on the lake, that's why I choose WLV over them all and am really excited to be finally trying out the POLY!
