anyone have a list of all the characters in DL & DCA and where they are located? Or know where I can find one? thanks!

You can get that info at City Hall on Main St. They will let you know who is coming out where, and about what time. Although I am not sure Main St. gives info for DCA, and if it doesnt, I dont know where to get that.

When you get an entertainment time guide as you enter either parks, the inside will have a small schedule of characters of when and where they'll be at. So here are the ones listed on the guide and the one's that I've seen recently.

DL:
Mickey's Toontown- Mickey and Minnie (also seen Pluto and Goofy)
Critter Country- Pooh and Friends (Tigger and Eeyore)
Frontierland- Captn. Jack Sparrow (also seen Briar Bear and Briar Fox)
Fantasyland- Disney Princesses
Tomorrowland- Buzz Lightyear
(Main Street- Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto)

DCA:
Sunshine Plaza- Disney Friends (Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald)
Hollywood Pictures Backlot- Disney Stars (Sully, the Incredibles, Aladdin and Jasmine, Mulan, Handy Manny)
A Bug's Land- Flick and Atta
Golden State- Koda and Kenai

Usually the entertainment schedule that comes with either theme park map will give you a general idea of where some characters will be.
