List of bus/boat routes in WDW?

Is there a site somewhere that compiles a list of bus routes, boat routes, etc. for WDW? Something that describes for instance the bus service from a particular resort to a particular park, including approximate operating hours, location of any stops along the way (for service shared with other resorts perhaps).

Or anything approximating such a list?
