I think lips tend to thin with age, so I suppose that if you have lush lips like Rinna did naturally, once they start thinning, you (if you're that person and neurotic about your appearance) think that by plumping them out you'll look like your old self again.
Except that lush lips are a sign of youth, and it doesn't matter if they're the exact same size as they were when you were 25, the rest of your face has sagged and it just looks fake and dumb.
And I can't believe that Priscilla Freakin' Presley actually looks like Elvis now... the bad years.
