Liquids on Delta

This might be a silly question but can anyone tell me if lens cleaners, shout wipes etc. that are single packed are considered a liquid? We are travelling with just hand luggage so I need to know if they need to be in our liquid bags.

As long as they are wipes, they are not considered liquids.

Just a note - it has nothing to do with what airline you are flying. The rules are set by the TSA (just pointing it out, because your question was about "liquids on Delta").

Also, CATSA (the Candian version of the TSA) does have slightly different rules (though the liquid ones are the same), so if you are flying out of Canada, you should check out the CATSA website.
