I ordered my Lion King DVD on my September cruise and still have not received it. Has anyone else not received their preorder DVD? And by chance I dont get it I dont even know who to call. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Did you receive a email saying it was on its way?
Mine came a couple days after that..
 
No I havent received anything saying it was on its way so i was wondering if I should call but dont know who to call or if I am just not being patient enough.

I preordered mine and got it the day before it was officially released. Every time we preorder, we always get our DVD either the day before or the day of. If I would you, I would definitely call.

I also ordered it on our July cruise on the Wonder. I got nervous because we were told it would ship the end of September, but we had not received it by Oct. 6. I posted a question about it, and several people said they received shipping confirmations. We never received a shipping confirmation, but it did arrive by USPS on October 7. If it doesn't come in the next couple of days, I would definitely contact someone. I lost my receipt, so I don't know if there's any information on it that could help. I would try calling DCL first. They should at least be able to direct you to someone who can help. Good luck!
 
kris24, I had something similar happen when I pre-ordered "Sleeping Beauty." I did not receive it on the day it was released. I kept checking my order on the Disney Store website and kept getting the message it was on backorder. About a week after the release date I still had not received it so I sent an e-mail to the Disney Store Guest Services address. They indicated that my order was being processed and that it should ship out within the next 1-2 days. I did receive it a few days later. I would definitely encourage you to contact Guest Services by phone or e-mail to get an update. Good luck!
 
Thanks for all of your relplies. I did call and they said they have no record of me ordering the dvd and they didnt even know that the cruise was selling the preorder dvds. I have to fax them my receipt so hopefully I will get my dvd in a week or so. Thanks for you help.
