Lion King DVD--two versions?

Are there two versions of the DVD coming out? A regular 2 disc version and a "gift pack" or something like that?

If I understood the preview in Holes last night, the 2 disc set has 2 versions....one, the original that we have all seen and two, the version with the bonus features and added scene.
