We were in Building #5 in early December. There wasn't a total refurbishment to the rooms, however. The "soft goods" like bedspread, mattress, carpeting, shower curtain, etc were replaced. But, the furniture appeared to be the same and the tile, bath fixtures, sinks were the same. I could tell they weren't new because the grout looked "old" and there were chips in the bath tub. Don't get me wrong--the room was in good condition. But, it was far from being "totally overhaled".
