Linking tickets help

I’ve had my tickets since January 2020. They were on my Disney app but aren’t there now. When I enter them again it keeps saying they are already linked to my account but they aren't there to select. How do I fix this?

I had some weirdness with tickets in the past. Try looking at them online at Disneyland.com and see if they are visible there. Mine didn't show up in Chrome, but they did in Edge. So, you may want to try another browser if you don't see it. After I finally populated it online, I restarted the app at they were there.
