Linking Room Reservations and Making ADRS

If I have two rooms and two reservation numbers, do I make my ADR's using one of the numbers and THEN link the room reservations OR do I link the room reservations and THEN make my ADR's? Does it matter? In other words....HELP?!

I want to be sure to not have trouble making my 180+10 ADR's.
