Linking reservations?

Next year my family of 4 is cruising with another family of 4. We are both second seating and I have added/linked their reservation to ours online. Can I assume that we will then be seated together at dinner or do I still need to call DCL to arrange that?

If the reservations are linked, you will be seated together. But you certainly can call DCL to confirm that they are linked.
