Linking Reservation

On Monday I booked our reservation at Caribbean Beach for May. I booked through hotels.com and I still can’t get my reservation to link to MDE. I’m pretty sure this happened last time I booked through a 3rd party but I can’t remember what I did to fix it. Should I first contact Disney or hotels.com? Thanks!

You need to call Hotels.com to get the correct reservation number and then link it to your MDE.

I have the reservation number that came in the email when I booked but when I put that in on MDE it says reservation not found

That's your hotels.com reservation number. They have to give you the correct Disney reservation number.
