Linking MDE Accounts

We have 4 different families traveling together. I have added one of the other moms to my friends and family list. She appears in my FP+ selection group, but her kids do not. Is there anyway to change this? We are the only family staying on site and I have already made my FP+ (including the coveted A&E and 7DMT). The 30 day mark will be here for everyone else in a few days. I would like to try and line up/overlap as many of the FP+ as we can. It would really be easier if I could do it for everyone at once. Would the easiest thing to do just to get their logins/passwords and do each account individually?

do her kids have different accounts? If so you need to link them all to you. I think there might be options for her to allow you to see and change their schedule or the problem is the opposite and you need ot allow the kids on your account. This is where MDE gets confusing.

Invite the Account Managers to link with you and then add in the rest of the people on their lists.

As soon as they are linked to yours, you can book FPs for them. Anyone linked to or listed in your MDE shares your 60-day booking window. You should link them as soon as possible!

When I look at my account, next to her kids names it states " Joe cannot be invited to plan and share." I was thinking it was because they were minors.

You don't want to add them as Plan and Share, you just need to link them. My MDE guests are adults so hopefully someone else can help.

That message is because they don't have their own MDE account and she manges those profiles. Those managed profiles can be children or adults.

If you click 'Add a Guest', you will be presented with a list of people you might know. This would be profiles that your friends manage or other people that your friend is friends with. If the website is working correctly, you should be able to select those and add them to your Family & Friends list (a request will be sent to approve the request).

If the MDE website is still buggy, you can use the MDE mobile app to add them. Select 'Add a New Guest' and then 'Browse People I May Know'. Select one of your friends and you will see a list of their managed profiles and connected friends.
