Linking Hotels.com and MDE

Hello. I made a reservation at the Swan through Hotels.com. I want to link it to MDE but am unable to find a way to link a Hotels.com reservation. Any advice?

I didnt book through hotels.com but I did through Cheaptickets. I had to call them to get a different confirmation number that would work in MDE as the numbers they gave me wouldn't work. They put me on hold, called Disney and then gave me it.
I suggest calling or emailing Hotels.com for them to do that for you.

A few days after you booked it, email them and ask them to get the Disney reservation number that starts with 4. (I suddenly can't recall of its 12 or 16 digits; I've been that specific in the past as to mention that but right now I can't recall)

If they say they can't, write again. They totally can. And ultimately they will.

Emailing gives them the time to contact Disney without you sitting there on the phone.

It is a 12 digit number that always starts with a 4 for the Disney Central Reservation system. Just keep after them and they will be able to "find" it. Once you have the Disney confirmation number then you can link it in MDE.

I called Hotels.com and got the res number. Didn't realize I needed to do that, so thanks! Was able to link it just fine into MDE.
