Linking family accounts in MDE

I was looking to link my family's account in MDE to my account but I keep getting an error. Could it be because we are leaving on 2 separate days? Currently we have 3 different families all going at the same time but 2 of us are leaving on 1 day and the other 2 are leaving on another day. I had the confirmation # and even their info came up but every time I click to add I get an error. I even tried just doing 1 at a time. Could this be because of the check out date or is it just a system thing.

It's definitely a system thing. Call the IT department, they should hopefully be able to sort it out.
