Linking ADRs to MDE account?

i made an ADR this morning for CRT and BBB. The cast member gave me confirmation numbers for both. I've been trying to link these reservations to my MDE account this morning, but I keep getting an error message saying they can't find my reservation. I also didn't get an email confirmation? Is this a normal problem? Or should I be worried?? Thanks!

I haven't gotten a confirmation for my CRT ADR.

I would call into Disney Dining and give them your confirmation # and ask why it won't load.
