I've had quite a bit of experience with this today. Definitely attempt to use the old website/ UK website to make your ADRs. The new website is still not recognizing the +10 rule. Once I got on the disboards this morning and found the UK information, I was able to easily get on and make my ADRs just like I always have. Then I had to call for BBB, since you still can't do that online. I have a feeling everyone that wasn't a diser and didn't know to use the UK website for the 180 +10, was calling and trying to make their ADRs by phone. I tried to call when the lines opened and was on hold for a good 15 minutes. It never told me how long my wait time was going to be, so I gave up because I had to get DD up and getting ready for school. About 10 or 15 minutes later, I called back and it said my hold time was going to be 4 minutes- well 15 minutes later (almost 4 times as long as they quoted) someone finally picked up the line. I had called through the BBB line, so I got a live person immediately. Later, I realized I had messed up one ADR so I called to try to fix it, and now they try to make your ADR through the computer system before giving you to a live person, which is a pain. Plus, once they realize you are going to be using your +10, they take your number and act like the computer is still going to finish for you, and then they transfer you to hold for a live person!! So I was on hold, only to find that the computer system had gone done and I needed to call back in a few hours. Called back later to be dragged through the same computer system ADR making again, only to be put back on hold for a live person, who finally quickly got me taken care of once I made it to her. It was the biggest pain I have ever had making ADRs since they started doing them online.
The good thing is that except for BOG on the day I wanted (our first full day), I got everything I wanted at the times I wanted. We got a BOG for later in the week.
