Link for cancelling Moonlight Magic?

In order to cancel, I am supposed to click on a link that was sent to me via email. However, I have searched my email thoroughly and it looks like the email with the link never arrived. Does anyone know what the link is for canceling? Or know of any other way to cancel?

We were unable to make the February MM event at MK and at 10 days prior to the event the link didn't work anyway and we had to call MS, it was quick and easy though.
