My mom is coming with us next year & will need an ECV. Her knees are just awful & standing in long lines isn't really an option for her. Short lines are definitely doable. Is it possible for her to remain in the EVC and go through the line with us? I know that not all rides have will be able to accommodate EVCs. Just hoping that some can. We're happy to wait just like everyone else. Not looking to skip the lines. We just want her to be as pain-free as possible to enjoy her vacation.

The vast majority of queues at WDW are accessible, so yes an ECV or wheelchair goes through the regular line. At the few attractions where the line is not accessible, you'll be directed accordingly, possibly receiving a "wheelchair return card" to come back at a time when the alternate entrance isn't backed up.

Enjoy your vacation!

All attractions are wheelchair accessible to the point of boarding. The only exceptions are Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, Tomorrowland Transit Authority and Tom Sawyer's Island - guests must be able to walk for those.
In some cases, wheelchair/ECV users will go thru the regular line and be directed somewhere else for boarding.

A few lines are not ECV accessible. Those attractions have wheelchairs that can be borrowed - let the CM at the entrance know before you park the ECV that you need to borrow one.
