Line when breakfast opens?

We are staying at the Dolphin and plan to eat at Fresh Med Market super fast when it opens before driving over to MK for early hours. Only problem is the restaurant doesn’t open until 7 and we’d like to be heading out at 7:20. Is there typically a line for this (or any restaurants) at opening with people wanting to get to the parks early? It’s a buffet so once we are in we can eat pretty quickly.

If you only have 20 minutes, I'd just do grab n go from the coffee shops at Swan and Dolphin - Fuel or Java. The lines move fast and they open earlier at 6 am usually.

Unfortunately my kids need a big breakfast to start the day and are super picky and the grab and go wouldn’t cut it.

It could be hit or miss if there is much of a wait or not probably not much (since they don't take reservations) another option is Picabu.
