Does anyone know how long it lasts in the refrigerator? My parents brought me a bottle from Italy about a year ago, and although it has been opened, I haven't had any in a few months. Do you think it is still good?

It should be just fine. I would suggest moving it to the freezer, though. It keeps better and tastes better out of the freezer.

HOWEVER, if it was made with vodka rather than grain alcohol, it might freeze due to the lower alcohol content. If it freezes, just put it back in the fridge.

I had my first limoncello martini onboard the Magic in Palo's. Here's the closest thing I found to that amazing concoction.

Limoncello Martini

3 oz. vodka
1 oz. limoncello
1 tsp. simple syrup​

Fill shaker with crushed ice. Add vodka, limoncello and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Note: Rim the glass first by moistening edge with lemon juice and then dipping in white sugar.

You can still make your own. Use vodka instead of grain. It won't be quite as strong but that's okay. Get the highest proof vodka you can afford.

MMMMMMMMMMM Limoncello, we had some at DBF's not too long ago. It was so good!!! We had ours with dessert, we had cheesecake w/raspberry sauce and had limoncello to wash it down. We also had brownies at the same time (different people brought different desserts) and it was good w/chocolate too! lol I told them that's what I want for Christmas! LOL I didn't know they had Orangecello, I may have to look for that too.
