Limo with booster seat for child over 40 lbs

We would like to avoid lugging the booster seat to CA on the plane. Does anyone know a good limo or car service from Orange County airport that can provide a booster seat to hold a child over 40 lbs? Thanks!!

If you get a limo, no booster is required (no seatbelts ). You child's feet are on the floor board since the seats sit down so low. I've read several reports that when your child's feet finally touch the floor board is when they are tall enough to not have a booster. Weight and height are not always the best gage as some kids could be a little fluffy or like my DD who has a very long torso. She meets the recommended requirements to leave the booster but her feet are not quite there.
