Has anyone rented a limo to go from the airport to go to their hotel?
If so, what company did you use and how did you like their service?

Thanks.

We have used Best Limousine (best-trans.com) on two different occasions and had excellent service both times. No dealing with traffic or figuring out directions on a gps. What's also nice is that you don't have to make a multitude of drop-offs for other hotels, you go direct from airport to hotel, although you can request stop(s) if you want (for a fee). First time was with kids in stretch (8 pass.) with little ceiling lights, beverages & disney movie for kids to watch. Second time was a town car with plenty of leg room for DH and me. I've already contacted them for our future trip in December. Just waiting on the kids to see how big of car we'll need this time. :yay:

Thank you so much. I just sent away for a quote.
This is so exciting planning my first family vacation to Disneyland. I just want to make it memorable for everyone coming!

ABell, I'm excited too although I'm still months away. It was kind of expensive for the service but for the peace of mind (no driving, no lugging luggage too far (from carousel to curb), movies and juice to keep the grandkids occupied and AND additional "beverages" for DH & me. It was worth every penny. I figure we don't go that much and when I go it better be good!!!! Wishing you a most wonderful trip. :goodvibes

We used Starz, and I don't recommend them. We had some issues. Nothing that like, wrecked the experience, but it was less than stellar. It was still very nice to get picked up at the airport and driven directly to the hotel; there was soda for the kids and champagne for us, fancy lights that changed color on the ceiling, and people staring at us on the freeway, wondering if we were rock stars, behind that tinted glass. :rotfl: Very fun!

However, I love the idea, and you are going to love the reaction you get! I did it as a surprise for my family's first trip. It was so freakin' FUN to see their faces when that limo pulled up. DH had flown into SNA for business often before, and he thought we were getting Super Shuttle. Here's how the conversation went:

Me: Ok, wait right here.

DH: We have to cross to the center island to catch the shuttles.

Me: No, we're fine right here.

DH: (looks at me like I'm crazy, but he knows better than to argue with me, so stays silent for a tense couple of minutes)

DH: (finally says urgently) Really, I'm telling you, the shuttles go from over there...

Me: (seeing the limo coming)No, really, I'm sure we are fine right here.

DH: (is thinking, "humor her, she's nuts but I have to sleep with her so I'll keep my mouth shut till she realizes her mistake...")

The limo pulls up, the driver jumps out smartly and introduces herself and opens the trunk and starts piling our luggage in...

The kids go WOO HOO and DH is standing on the curb with his mouth hanging open...

:cool1: :lmao: It was so priceless!

Prior to our recent trip (Nov 08) I asked at Vacation Planning as to a good limo service for transportation from LAX - PP hotel and they recommended Montenar's and I have to say it was awesome service, on time, great driver, I would use them again when we go back. The phone number is 1-714-801-2119
