Limo tipping?

Hi! I was wondering the etiquette of tipping the Limo driver from Happy Limo for our airport transfers. I will be tipping 20% as long as the service deserves it, but my question is, do I tip the full 20% after the first leg? Split it up 10% and 10% or all at the end? Do they usually send the same driver? Thanks for your help! I have been a lurker for years but never posted, you are all WONDERFUL!:

It is 20% per leg/driver. We had two different drivers when we used Happy last month. For example, if the limo is $200 total, $100 each way tip $20 each time, except as you mentioned if the service does not warrant it. We had great service from each driver and tipped a bit over the 20%. We also were upgraded on the way to the airport from a regular stretch to Navigator Stretch. Have fun!

Just don't be fooled. In many cases a limo company adds 20% to your charge to cover gratuities. If they do that you don't have to tip anyone.
